Witness the very rare skill of Jal Sanjhvi, otherwise known as the “art of drawing on water”.  This is a popular religious ritual performed at temples dedicated to Krishna and is created by drawing iconic images on water using colored powder.  At one of the small Krishna temple in the old city you will watch one the last few practitioners of this art create a picture.  This is an ephemeral art form that lasts a couple of hours but the artwork can take up to five hours to complete depending on how elaborate a picture is being created. This is a wonderful insight into a very traditional North Indian art form.
