Vivanta by Taj Malabar is a luxurious  hotel located on Willingdon Island, which forms part of Cochin along with Fort Cochin and Ernakulam. It is arguably Cochin’s most international style hotel yet it combines old world Victorian charm with new world comforts seamlessly. What makes this hotel additionally special are the commanding views of Cochin harbour, the speciality restaurants, and the glorious infinity pool. The downside is that Vivanta by Taj is not in historic Fort Cochin and therefore guests will need to travel by car or by boat to access the main sights.
